Ordering
The products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the checkout function of the online store. When placing an order, you accept these terms of delivery, product prices and delivery costs. If an e-mail address is given at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by e-mail. Payment
Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority, acts as the payment intermediary for the online store. Payment is made via Visma Pay's online service, and Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy is shown as the payee on the account statement and invoice. Visma Pay forwards the payments to the online retailer. Payment is safe, as all information about the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no outside party can see the information of the payment transaction. The transaction is created between the customer of the online store and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the store.
For payments in Netherland and Europe other than Finland we are using Stripe as an payment intermediary. Stripe maintains a PCI DSS Level 1 standing, wich is the highest security level a payment processor can hold. Payment methods
Via the Visma Pay service, you can pay with online banking credentials, wallet, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice or installment payment. Jousto is intended for individuals who have managed their financial affairs flawlessly. With Jousto, you get 30 days of interest-free and cost-free payment time. After receiving the invoice, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in parts. With installment payment, you can pay for your purchase in up to 36 installments, starting at 9.90 eur/month. Delivery
Orders are shipped on weekdays. The delivery time for products from stock is usually 3-5 working days in Finland. If the products to be delivered are made-to-order, the delivery time is usually 1-3 weeks. For pre-order products, the delivery time will be notified to the customer separately by email. Delivery costs depend on the chosen delivery method, possible additional services, weight and size of the order. You can see the shipping costs in the online store's checkout function before the final acceptance of the order.
If the product is lost or damaged during delivery, this must be reported to the online store without delay, but in any case within 14 days. Packages damaged during delivery must be reported to the company responsible for the delivery without delay.
Returns
E-commerce customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The customer has the right to exchange or return some or all of the products in the order. Products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition. If you wish to return or exchange products, please first contact the online store and ask for return instructions. Please include your name, contact information and bank account number in the return for a possible refund.
Cancellation of an order, liability for defects
Before the delivery of the order, the order can be cancelled by written notice by e-mail.
The online store has a statutory liability for defects in the products sold. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service. The consumer has the right to refer any disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution.
